THE LAST HORRAH!

I've been meaning to get pictures of this amazing city of lights for a long time, and only tonight did we remember to take the camera to somewhere we were going. We decided, even though I have been dieting for many days and have dropped almost 10 kg recently, to go out for a last hurrah since Victor and Sally are soon to head to Australia. We wanted to go someplace special.
Earlier today I had a job interview at an English academy that was looking for foreign instructors. I was interviewed by their amazingly beautiful recruiting officer named Kelly. She asked me a lot of questions and was very impressed with my voice and my speaking. I am a professional of course. ;) Although I was a shoe-in for the job, one necessary step would be to get a visa allowing me to work there. Unfortunately, it is uncertain whether I can obtain all the original documents needed to do this. They want originals only and not copies. Even if I get them, it will still take a lot of time, even over a month to process everything. It may be in my best interest to continue with my other plans for independent business.

Anyway, the plan was to eat something really delicious and no punches were pulled in this case. We went way out into the country, driving for hours it seemed, to get to this place. They had been there before and it was every bit as good as they said. Although Sally didn't get a picture, we had ribs and bulgogi as well as fried fish and tons of other goodies. It was an amazing night. We wrapped things up with a quick trip to Cold Stone Creamery which I haven't had in ages. That made it a really amazing night. Now I sit writing this as I plan my next move. There is talk of a short trip to Japan in the very near future as Jerry has an aunt there. More on that later.
